John Kukowski is a Project Manager for Arizona Public Services (APS). His role within the organization’s Construction Program Management department is to lead advanced technology projects that safely and efficiently deliver reliable energy to APS customers.
Kukowski brings more than 20 years of progressive responsibility and leadership experience in health care, aerospace, and the United States military in the following roles: purchased services administrator, program management, procurement, sales and operations management. He has a broad breadth of experience negotiating and leading complex, multimillion-dollar programs within a matrix organization for high-end, customized products and services with Dignity Health, GE Healthcare, and Honeywell Aerospace. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western New England College and a master’s degree in business administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is an Indefinite Reserve Lt Colonel in the United States Air Force.
An interesting fact about Kukowski is that he was part of an Air Force Medevac crew that saved premature infants. In his free time, he spends time with his family volunteering for local charities and hiking the mountains of Arizona.
